Benefits of dental implants

Dental implants are the next best thing to natural teeth. Not only do they restore your smile, but they can also help you eat and speak with confidence once more.

  • Look, feel and function like natural teeth
  • Confidence to eat and chew whatever you choose
  • Easy to clean and care for
  • Supports and preserves your facial structure
  • Improves your speech

Frequently asked questions

  • Why should I choose implants?

There are other options available for teeth replacement, including bridges and dentures. However, neither of these offers the same strength, durability, and aesthetic appeal as teeth implants. By fusing to the jawbone, implants create the next best thing to a natural tooth root, removing any potential eating or speech issues.
  • Am I suitable for implant treatment?

Most people are suitable candidates for a tooth implant if they are generally healthy and have good oral health. We will thoroughly discuss your overall suitability for implant treatment at your initial consultation.
  • How long does the dental implant treatment process take?

The whole process, from consultation with the dental implant dentist to your secure fixed replacement teeth, can take several months. The implant surgery is a relatively quick procedure, but the implants themselves need around 3-6 months to heal and fuse before fixed permanent teeth can be placed. The treatment process will be longer if you need a bone graft or other procedure first, but your new smile will be more than worth it in the end.
  • How long do dental implants last?

Statistics show dental implants last around 10-15 years on average, making them the ideal treatment for teeth replacement. They can last much longer, even a lifetime, provided they are surgically placed correctly and accurately and looked after properly. This includes maintaining an excellent brushing and flossing routine, looking after your general health, and attending regular check-up appointments with your dentist. The crown or bridge that the implant supports may need to be replaced over time due to normal wear and tear.

Finance available

The cost for a single dental implant is £1,750, and a single tooth restored implant crown starts from £2,800.

We are pleased to offer ways to spread the costs of your dental implant treatment and make it more affordable, including 0% interest free payments, subject to suitability. Please get in touch if you would like to find out more.

  • Tom Durkin

I had a very positive experience with Amit & his team. I had 2 dental implants & a crown that I was apprehensive about having done but everything went to plan & wasn’t anywhere near as bad as I thought it would be.

A bonus was having a veneer to an overlapping front tooth. No other dentist had suggested this when I asked if anything could be done with it. Obviously this treatment isn’t cheap but the level of skill needed for this kind of surgery is of the highest level. Overall I’m delighted with the outcome & has given me more confidence having a good looking set of teeth.

I wrote this review below a few months ago and at the end of June my treatment plan for implants and crowns was completed and the result is fantastic - very natural and my friends and family are amazed at my new smile. Since the end of June I've been smiling a lot!

A big thank you to Amit Mohindra and his team at The White Bridge Clinic. Superb care, incredible skill and treatment. It feels great too.

Dr Amit Mohindra and his team at the White Bridge Dental Clinic are exceptional and have developed a detailed plan for me including implants and I am around half way through this process. Amit is highly skilled in every way, but also great at dealing with nervous patients. The staff are all very friendly and the surgery itself is modern and bright with easy parking too. They have invested in the latest technology including Navident - for dental implants. I have also had my first session with Rebecca (dental hygienist) who was super and I have joined their plan for regular hygiene appointments and check-ups. I was recommended to see Amit Mohindra at The White Bridge Clinic by a close friend and I would highly recommend my friends too.
