Practice Information:
- Operate only one surgery per day.
- Saturdays to close till further notice.
- Emergency appointments for existing and new patients.
- All non urgent appointments to be moved to a date from 1st June 2020.
- Complimentary video consultations for new patient enquiries, Implant consultations and Invisalign consultations.
Procedure for emergency appointments:
- Covid 19 triage questionnaire, Medical and dental history to be done over the phone prior to appointment.
- Patient to stay in the car till appointment time, on arrival to clinic to be directed to the bathroom to wash hands thoroughly with soap.
- Temperature to be taken and confirmed to be below 37.8 degree.
- Patients to attend on their own unless they need a chaperone.
- Usual PPE and cross infection standards in surgery.
- 60 minute appointments to minimise waiting times.
- Treatment to be done safely at dentist discretion.
- Payment to be done by card. IE no cash or cheque.
- Non urgent treatment to be booked from 1st June.
