Tina Mohindra

Practice Manager

Tina has a PhD in medical microbiology focusing on dental caries prevention and she has co-authored papers on this area. Tina has also presented her work at international conferences. Following this, she has worked in the pharmaceutical industry managing clinical trials with consultants and experts in their fields.

Most recently, Tina has worked in dermatology and on the launch of a drug for patients with psoriasis. She has a passion for providing an excellent service for exceptional clinical care. Tina loves baking in her free time and has a keen eye for interior design.

Amit Mohindra

GDC Number: 80841

Amit studied dental surgery at Birmingham University, graduating in 2002. He also has an MSc in Dental Implantology and his special interest is in digital dental implantology and sedation. He is the only Implantologist in Oxfordshire offering the Navident navigation system, which ensure his implant techniques are minimally invasive with high cosmetic outcomes.

Amit is committed to ensuring patients’ dental needs are achieved and compliments his implant skills by offering his patients intravenous sedation.

He has travelled to Brazil and Morocco providing dental aid for the Dental Mavericks charity which is associated with the Eve Branson Foundation.

Katerina Rousea

Dentist with a special interest in Orthodontics, GDC Number: 78424

Katerina earned a degree in dentistry at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki in Greece and has since developed a special interest in Orthodontics.

She has practised Orthodontics in the UK for over 17 years treating both adults and younger patients and she is a Platinum Invisalign Provider.

Her background in Cosmetic Dentistry and Facial Aesthetics helps her to offer her patients beautiful, healthy smiles with an emphasis on achieving facial harmony as well as reflecting their personality. Katerina prides herself in truly listening to and addressing her patients’ concerns.

She finds extremely rewarding the life-enhancing effect and increased confidence that patients present with following – or even during their bespoke orthodontic treatment.

In addition to dentistry, Katerina enjoys indoor climbing, dancing and sailing.

Dr Thomas Heidari

Dr Thomas is an expert in advanced restorative dentistry and aims to deliver the highest quality treatments in a caring, diligent and compassionate manner to all his patients.

He has won multiple awards in full mouth rehabilitations, conservative smile makeovers and for his composite resin proficiency.

He has trained at the Royal College of Surgeons England in Implant dentistry and at the world famous KOIS institute USA.

His area of expertise is adhesive bio-mimetic dentistry and believes in reproducing the highest levels of quality in his everyday work.

In his spare time Thomas has worked with the Princes Trust and recently completed the London Marathon for Operation Smile UK who provide life changing surgery to disadvantaged children all around the world. Several years ago he married his wife Samantha in Oxfordshire who is also a dentist.

Sumeet graduated with merit from Guy’s, King’s and St. Thomas’ Dental Institute in 2014.

Having completed his foundation year in Berkshire, Sumeet was the youngest student to be accepted onto the 4-year National Training Specialist programme for Prosthodontics at King’s College London in 2016. As a part-time specialist in training he also worked at practices in central London as a general dentist.

His areas of special interest include complex denture cases, tooth wear treatment, full-mouth rehabilitation, crowns, bridges and restoring implants. He has conducted research into the effect of sports and energy drinks on tooth wear which he presented internationally last year.

Sumeet will complete his specialist training in September 2020 and will be one very few specialists in prosthodontics in Oxfordshire. He is an enthusiastic, passionate and caring dentist with an eye for detail.

Marina graduated from the dental school in Thesaloniki – Greece in 2000 before coming to UK in 2001 to continue her studies in London.

She obtained her MSc in Endodontics from King’s College in London in 2005 and since then she visits various practices and provides root canal treatment with the use of a microscope and other latest equipment and techniques.

Marina has 14 years, full time experience in providing root canal treatment. She has a calming and relaxing approach with her patients.



Sonia – know as ‘Sony’ is a Ireland-born Dental Hygienist who qualified from the prestigious Eastman Dental Hospital in London. She is passionate about improving the oral health of patients and believes that the best results are achieved when people are put at their ease and are relaxed and comfortable.

Sony has a wealth of experience from a career in Private Practice in London, specialist positions at the Eastman Dental Hospital and teaching roles at Guy’s and St.Thomas’ Hospital. She has developed her knowledge alongside some of the world’s leading clinicians in preventative, restorative and periodontal care, treating patients requiring extensive complex specialist treatment.

Sony creates personalised oral health programmes for each of her patients that improves oral hygiene as an integrated part of a happy and healthy life. Sony works closely with our dentists to ensure preventative care in the most comfortable environment. She is conscientious, caring and has attention to detail.

Sony is an active member of the BSDHT who keeps up to date with the advances of medical science as part of her professional development, most recently completing a Nutritional Certificate which links her personal interest in Dietary Health & Nutrition with her professional role as a Oral Health Educator.

As a busy professional, Sony spends much of her time with her family, including two school age children, keeping fit and by exploring her love of healthy eating by trying new recipes …. both savoury and sweet

Jolene Perkins

Assistant Manager

Jo has been in the dental industry since 2004. She began her career as a dental nurse and qualified in 2006. Working at a busy practice Jo worked her way up to head nurse.

In 2009, Jo decided she would follow her childhood dream and join the Police service where she has served with Thames Valley police, on the beat for 10 years.

In January 2019 Jo the returned to Dentistry as an assistant manager and is now working towards becoming a practice manager.

Jo is a friendly, enthusiastic, organised character who enjoys delivering high standards to the patients at the clinic. She enjoys spending time with her two children and husband in her free time.

Karla Lester

Karla Qualified NEBDN in 2006 at Abingdon and Witney college and has many years experience working in all areas of dentistry including implants and orthodontics.

She has worked as a patient coordinator, making sure the patient is always looked after to the highest standard as a priority. Karla is currently completing a course in dental sedation to progress her career even further. In her free time, Karla enjoys spending time with her family and going to the gym.

Victoria Proffitt

Head Receptionist, GDC Number: 139994

Victoria qualified in 2006. Victoria’s career has progressed positively over the years and she has gained a wealth of experience both in clinic and on reception. Her knowledge and experience enables her to build great relationships with patients and look after everyone’s individual needs. Victoria is a great asset to The White Bridge Clinic and will ensure that high standards are met from the first day. In her spare time Victoria likes spending time with her family and going on country walks.

Hannah Kaluza

Head Nurse, GDC Number: 283001

Hannah found her love for teeth whilst working with horses and speaking to the visiting veterinary dental hygienist about the mouths anatomy. She is particularly interested in working with Invisalign (clear braces) and Dental Implants. She is super friendly and hardworking. Hannah actively supports the British Heart Foundation, is a qualified lifeguard and a sports massage therapist. A super talented girl!

Basia Pilewska

Dental Nurse, GDC Number: 234416

Basia has a Dental Nursing Qualification (2012) and a Dental Radiography Qualification (2015). Basia ensures high standards are maintained and CQC compliance standards are met. Her experience and attention to detail are invaluable to The White Bridge Clinic.

Daisy Peart

Dental Nurse Trainee

Daisy left school and went straight into working within the retail industry where she worked her way up from sales assistant. She has a strong passion in customer care. Daisy decided to pursue a career in dentistry and has joined The White Bridge Clinic as a trainee nurse.
